St. Peter and Paul Church in Vilnius
About
Spending a whole day on entertainment, visiting various amusement establishments, and walking around the city is certainly very cool, and is widely practiced in all European cities, but being able to see the true beauty of a city, its nation, and its citizens is also a skill worth having.
The Church of Saints Peter and Paul is located a short distance from the center, adorned with carved sculptures, frescoes, and an unusual ornamentation.
Just step away a bit from the main tourist area - the Old Town - walk through the streets of Užupis, and stop by this church: the scale and bloom of Baroque is impressive, and the interior decoration is literally mind-blowing - more than two thousand works by local craftsmen, preserved through the decades intact and unharmed.

Piękna architektura, warto zobaczyć

Nawet jeżeli ma się już dość zwiedzania kościołów to ten warto zobaczyć. Jest po prostu inny i nietuzinkowy. Na mnie zrobił duże wrażenie.
