Piękny, majestatyczny kościół wybudowany w stylu barokowym. Fasada ozdobiona jest pięknymi sztukateriami i herbem Chodkiewiczów. Budowę kościoła rozpoczęto po przybyciu do Wilna zgromadzenia benedyktynekt w 1618 roku. Po zniszczeniach kościół został odbudowany najpierw w XVIII, a potem w XIX wieku. W późnobarokowych wnętrzach warto zwrócić uwagę na ołtarze boczne z obrazami Szymona Czechowicza i ambonę. Za kościołem znajduje się rozległy dziedziniec i zabudowania klasztorne, które powstały w wiekach XVI-XIX.
