The Presidential Palace is one of the attractions of Vilnius, accessible to tourists for free: just walk through the gates of the National University, and you're inside! Additionally, tours are offered every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can watch the changing of the guard at 6 p.m. daily, and the changing of the flags at noon every Sunday - all of which impress with their ceremony and grandeur. When visiting such places, it's important to figure out when there will be the fewest tourists, otherwise, you might get stuck in a "human traffic jam".
