I initially thought this was just an average museum with many dull artifacts, but it turned out to be different. The exhibition is spread across many flats, forming quite a complex network of apartments to navigate. It was interesting to hear stories about the place over time, explore the underground premises, see the exhibition displayed in the former flats, and visit the historical room where the Act of Independence was signed.

Amazing and mysterious place hidden in the heart of old town

It was a wonderful museum and one could learn a lot despite not being Lithuanian. The staff was very patient and friendly with us and reading the stories of the signatories was very touching. I would recommend it!
