About

Opposite the Cabinet of Ministers and next to the Freedom Monument, the Brivibas boulevard is graced by the famous Nativity of Christ Cathedral. Amazingly, after many years, having gone through fire, water, and brass pipes, the cathedral, like Christ, resurrected and truly acquired divine majesty.

The Nativity of Christ Cathedral is known and loved by all residents of Riga, regardless of their faith. Being the main cathedral of the Latvian Orthodox Church in the capital, the Nativity "miracle" also enjoys tremendous popularity among tourists and city visitors. Its gilded domes and delicate architecture, as well as the peaceful atmosphere inside the cathedral, make it a frequently visited landmark of Riga. It's no wonder that the cathedral is constantly "coddled" - touched up, restored, and updated.

Solo puede ver los exteriores. Es una basílica Ortodoxa muy bien conservada y relativamente joven.
