About

A fortress and a palace in one, a vigilant garrison and the refined manners of the court - the Castel Sismondo has withstood numerous rebel attacks, declaring its strength and eternal power over all of Rimini. Its huge square towers, once reinforced with cast bronze cannons, today host tour groups on their "summits", and the thick sloping walls still remind everyone of the futility of any siege. The inner courtyard of the castle is divided into four parts: the Isotta and Maschio palaces, a separate service building, and an impressively large courtyard. Castel Sismondo lacks any beauty and elegance but is "awarded" with bastions, thirty-meter walls, and a cross at the entrance, as another reminder of its god-fearing master.

Príjemné múzeum aj keď nepoznáte Felliciho tvorbu.
