Si trova in Borgo Stretto, nel pieno centro storico di Pisa ed è una delle più antiche chiese della città di Pisa, è stata costruita nel X secolo, la facciata è trecentesca a parametro bianco e nero, tre arcate gotiche con portali sovrastate da tre ordini di arcatelle decorate con maschere, campanile romanico. L'interno è a tre navate con una volta completamente affrescata con decorazioni in stile bizantineggiante, nella chiesa sono presenti un crocifisso marmoreo trecentesco, un trittico della Madonna con Angeli e Santi di Taddeo di Bartolo e una Madonna e Santi di Baccio Lomi. Al di sotto della chiesa c'è anche una cripta con affreschi e resti di sarcofaghi e altari medievali.

Chiesa interessante soprattutto per la sua storia e per la sua facciata. Infatti l'interno è molto semplice e scarno perché la chiesa fu più volte bombardata durante le guerre mondiali. La facciata invece è tutta ricotta di marmo in pieno stile romanico pisano e ricorda tantissimo il Duomo
