Vladimir Cathedral in Kyiv
About
The Vladimir Cathedral is a magnificent sanctuary and a monument to one of the most famous princes of Kievan Rus - Vladimir the Great. Building the cathedral took over thirty years. Finally, after a series of spiritual impulses and despair, successes and failures, the cathedral was erected. This happened on August 20, 1896, 34 years after the first stone was laid. Today, it is one of the most majestic churches in Kyiv. From the very first day of work, it became a favorite sanctuary among students and schoolchildren. Students from the Saint Vladimir University and the Vladimir Cadet Corps regularly sought refuge here. Now, Sunday schools operate for both young people and adults, and a variety of religious services are held throughout the day.

Reviews and Ratings
Très belle église possédant plusieurs reliques.
