Located on Margaret Island is Budapest's largest singing fountain, which hosts real "concerts" with illuminations every evening. The fountain itself was established here back in 1962, but all the other high-tech "magic" that made it popular was added in 2002.

The height that the strongest jet reaches is 25 meters, while the rest always stay around 10 meters. A bright illumination show is created by 250 LEDs that respond to various melodies, ranging from classical to contemporary music. There are always a lot of people around the fountain, mainly consisting of youth and families with children.
