About
The Zichy Palace was once a cozy family estate of an influential Hungarian count, where he lived with his wife and numerous children. Today, the walls of the ancient building house a cultural center and three operational museums.
The entrance to the palace is preceded by evergreen pines, their wide branches blocking the way for visitors. The building is designed in Baroque style, painted pink, and has two stories. Zichy Palace was severely damaged during World War II, which is why restoration work is still ongoing, but this does not interfere with the exhibitions that describe the history of the city and the country as a whole.

Dwa z nich poświęcone zostały wybitntnym twórcom węgierskiej awangardy: Vasarelyemu i Kossákovi, trzecie gromadzi pamiątki z dziejów Obudy. Zwłaszcza to ostatnie warto odwiedzić będąc w tym miejscu.

Zichy was one of the most influencial and richest aristokratic families of the old Hungary. Its one from their castles. There are museums and gigs around here.
