On March 1, 2010, it would have been 200 years since the birth of the famous Pole, composer Frédéric Chopin. You can learn about the life and work of the great pianist at the Frédéric Chopin Museum. Visitors have the opportunity to "follow in the footsteps" of the maestro, touch some of his belongings, and, of course, hear his immortal music. Nearly 5,000 exhibits and the use of modern technology allow immersion into the atmosphere of the 19th century and enjoyment of the magnificent legacy of the virtuoso pianist. It's one of the most technologically advanced museums in Poland, so even those not particularly interested in music will find it fascinating to visit such a unique place.
