Jesuit Church in Vienna
About
The Jesuit Church is a Catholic temple, a baroque architectural monument, opened in 1627. Originally, from the time of its foundation, the church was known as the University Church, as it was established following the merger of the faculties of philosophy and theology of the University of Vienna. The church's decoration is distinguished by an abundance of marble, gilding, fresco painting, and elegant yet imposing stone columns. The luxurious and unusual adornment of the Jesuit Church was designed by the architect Andrea Pozzo, who with great skill created a realistic imitation of a voluminous dome structure for this church.

Beautiful church, If you have some little time visit

Incredibly beautiful church with free entry. Probably as good if not better than the Salzburg cathedral. Highly recommend!
