Очень необычное место Одессы. Высоченный глиняный холм, большей частью повреждённый добычей сырья для кирпичного завода. На горе в античные времена находилось святилище Деметры. Сейчас тут множество степных растений, фазаны, соколы, пчелоедки... В жаркое время аромат степных трав. Дует сильный ветер. Открывается прекрасный вид на Хабджибейский и Куяльницкий лиманы, видно море и маяк в порту. Несмотря на неухоженность и грунтовые дороги, стоит посетить.
