Among these branches are, for example, the City Defence Walls, the Barbican, the Market Square Underground, and Schindler's Factory. The museum's main building is located at the Market Square, in a palace known as "Krzysztofory," which is a 17th-century architectural monument. Various branches of this wonderful museum offer different exhibitions to visitors, but its primary mission is to uphold Polish folk traditions.
