Krakow Historical Museum
About
This landmark is one of the 114 different institutions officially recognized as part of Polish cultural heritage. The museum itself is vast and boasts more than a dozen branches scattered across various locations in Krakow. Among these branches are, for example, the City Defence Walls, the Barbican, the Market Square Underground, and Schindler's Factory. The museum's main building is located at the Market Square, in a palace known as "Krzysztofory," which is a 17th-century architectural monument. Various branches of this wonderful museum offer different exhibitions to visitors, but its primary mission is to uphold Polish folk traditions.
