Kosciuszko Mound in Krakow
About
Bearing the name of the Polish hero Tadeusz Kościuszko, the mound became a significant object of the country's cultural heritage. Serving as an observation post during World War II, today it attracts tourists en masse. At its base, there are two small museums - one, of course, is dedicated to Tadeusz himself. The other presents an entire collection of wax figures of famous Poles. From afar, the mound is truly beautiful - spiral white paths run around the large green hill, framed by a red brick wall. 333 meters above sea level, and the expanse of the Krakow suburbs unfolds before your eyes. And all this beauty for the price of one admission ticket - isn't it just like a fairy tale?

Reviews and Ratings

Museo interattivo molto interessante e ben strutturato.
