Museum Island, where the Cathedral soars into the sky, has become a pilgrimage site for tourists. Like a rare pearl or a priceless crystal, the cathedral breaks the principles of simplicity and humility. Its Baroque style, 85-meter dome and arches, majestic columns, molding, detailed craftsmanship, and attention to minutiae captivate with their monumentality. The marble altar, accumulation of gold, and stained glass by Anton von Werner bring Old Testament characters to life. The sound of the organ seems to want to awaken those who rest here. But time has no mercy... In front of the church lies the Wish Park - perhaps it's worth wishing for eternal life?

Sehr schön
Ein unbeschreibliches Bauwerk mit eine Aura die man spürt wenn man sich in ihm befindet. Ich war das erstemal im Dom, weil ich Ben Becker erleben wollte. Beides war überirdisch.
