Beeindruckend.

Tends to have some very good exhibitions but if you suffer from sensory overload stay away from the oceanic and african exhibitions (can't say much about the rest at the moment) there's some parts of the exhibitions where objects are secured with proximy alarms which make very loud and intense ringing and beeping noises and are tripped constantly even when there aren't that many visitors. On top of that there's a very weird and upsetting smell in some of the rooms and some of the audio stations without speakers are pretty loud. Had to leave because everything was way too overwhelming for me. Outside of that the parts of the oceanic exhibition I did see could have maybe adressed the colonial context and collection history a bit more which the African exhibition did better.
