Museum Island, like a responsive and attentive host, welcomed the New Museum into its courtyard, allowing it to spread out with silent consent. Columns, rows of frescoes, finds, and artifacts paused, leaving something unsaid. To the right lies the era of the Pharaohs and the great Nile, while to the left − the Stone Age with its historical origins. Partly recovered after World War II, the building bears the marks of fire and destruction. By the way, every visitor is allowed to take a closer look at the papyri, which vividly describe and illustrate the afterlife, as well as the early developments of astronomy.
