About
Anyone who has ever visited the historical center of Pisa, Italy, will forever remember the enchanting beauty all around. The majestic marble columns of churches and the "airy" alcoves of medieval buildings still remember the days of the Medici and keep their secrets. The stone ensemble has remained in its original form and still amazes tourists with its slightly haughty appearance.
In the historical center, Romanesque and Gothic styles intertwine, like the two brothers Romulus and Remus. Wide squares stretch out like endless fields, sheltering Renaissance-era palaces and medieval towers. By the way, each of the buildings is under UNESCO protection. The center also has quite a few museums with timeless collections of ancient exhibits.
