The Chocolate House, as the locals of Kyiv now call it, is a two-story mansion of a "chocolate" color. The building was constructed back in 1901 by order of Semen Semenovich Mogilevtsev, who was a wealthy merchant and patron at the time. Before this, he had bought the plot from the Barons Ikskul-Hildenbandt, where he later erected his luxurious mansion. From 1918 to the 1960s, the premises were used for various state institutions. In 1960-1982, the building was designated as a Palace of Marriage. Afterwards, it underwent various restorations several times. Currently, the mansion hosts various cultural events.

Найнижчі ціни в Києві, а за його межі взагалі мовчу. Бюро достойне найвищої похвали, бо правда ціни порівнювала і за два свідоцтва з перекладом, апостилем і нотаріально засвідченого я заплатила в половину меньше чим за одне свідоцтво яке мені пропонували інші фірми. ОДНОЗНАЧНО РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!!

Шоколадный дом — трип в прошлое, где стены дышат декадансом, а витражи пульсируют, как после абсента. Шаги гулко отдаются в мраморе, прошлое шепчет, завораживает. Выходишь на улицу — и реальность кажется фальшивой, как будто вкус шоколада был, но только в голове.
