Maga a könyvtár, a beléptetés, a kölcsönzés és az értékmegőrző rendszere gördülékenyen működik, gyors a bejutás is. Az dolgozók segítőkészek, a biztonsági őr is kedves volt, magától segített az értékmegőrző használatában. A recepciónál érdemes a fekete hajú hölgyet keresni, kedves és segítőkész. Sajnos az szigetelőszalaggal összeragasztott szemüvegű kolléganőjéről már ez nem mondható el. Nehéz vele a kommunikáció, nem a kérdésre válaszol, többszöri kérdés után talán megadja a választ. Érdekesnek tartom, hogy az ország legnevesebb könyvtárának recepcióján, egy ennyire nehezen kommunikáló dolgozót alkalmaznak miközben ebben a pozícióban a jó kommunikáció elengedhetetlen lenne. Ez senkinek nem tűnt még fel a vezetőségi körben, hogy lehet számára nem ez az ideális pozíció? Összességében elégedettek vagyunk a könyvtárral, ez volt az egyetlen meglepő esemény.

Гарна бібліотека. Дуже легко зареєструватися та отримати пропуск на річний абонемент (якщо прийти у ніч музеїв та купити квиток тут у книжковій крамниці - взагалі безкоштовно). Ще я потрапила на екскурсію, залишилася дуже задоволеною. Співробітники розповідали та показували багато цікавинок.
