About

The summit of Gellért Hill is "adorned" by one of Budapest's most popular parks, whose alleys tourists and locals alike enjoy strolling through. The hill has gained a notorious yet enticing reputation - according to legends, it was precisely here that witches would gather to participate in their sabbaths.

At the foot of the hill lie the eponymous baths, built by the Turks. One can ascend to the summit via a staircase, and if you count the steps correctly and make a wish, it will surely come true. Oddly enough, no one specifies the exact number of steps. The hill is topped by the memorial of Saint Gellért, who suffered a martyr's death here.

Aktualnie z powodu trwającego remontu nie można wejść na sam szczyt ale po drodze można napotkać wiele pięknych widoków co najważniejsze za darmo
