About

The tiny and unique Burg Square has absorbed a multitude of architectural styles, becoming a true masterpiece of stone. Once upon a time, a majestic church stood here, a restored fragment of which has become part of a modern hotel complex.

On the small territory of the square, there sits the luxurious and slightly haughty Town Hall building. It is interesting to note that this town hall served as a model for similar administrative buildings all over Europe. As any welcoming "hostess" should, Burg Square also houses the Basilica of the Holy Blood of Christ, the city clerk's office, and the House of the Cathedral Provosts of St. Donatian, harmoniously completing the medieval ensemble.

Esta plaza es mucho más pequeña que la principal, sin embargo está rodeada de lugares importantes como la basílica donde está la sangre de cristo. Se llega fácilmente por distintas vías a esta plaza y desde allí se ve el campanario.
