2025 Historical Buildings

For a whole 200 years, stone by stone, the tiers of the Gothic Belfry of Bruges rose upwards. Today, this building is a symbol of Bruges, one that local residents are proud of, never failing to mention it in every conversation.

The Belfort watchtower soars up to a height of 83 meters, as if threatening the sky to pierce it with its sharp spires. Everyone who has ever been to the Grote Markt square noted that the belfry has a certain core that sets it apart from the surrounding architecture. It's hard to believe, but the tower houses a total of 47 bells, whose unified sound plunges the vicinity into silence, leaving tourists in sheer delight.

Be ready for stairs. Only 60 to first floor then you have an elevator to the top. But it is 366 steps down to the exit. So amazing a site to see something so aged but well kept. The view is outstanding. The weather was get on our cost and would recommend to anyone who loves history
