About
The Berlin government conducts its meetings here, just as the Senate met many years and winters ago. The Red Town Hall immediately catches your eye with its four-cornered tower, which houses two of its own bells. It towers into the clouds at 74 meters, with its bright-red brick that follows the Neo-Renaissance style. The "interiors" of the town hall constitute its separate pride - for example, the Coat of Arms Hall has gathered a collection of the coats of arms of the districts and Berlin itself. The Column Hall is striking in its grandeur - it used to be a library, and a very tall one at that, as the height of the room reaches 9 meters. On the third floor, there are portraits of all the city's honorees. Various exhibitions and meetings also take place here. Surrounding the town hall is a huge park, where there's a fountain topped with a formidable Neptune.

Have never been inside but the architecture of this building is always stunning!

Очень красиво! Понравилось!

Impressive and imposing building in the Marienviertel district near Alexanderplatz and the Berliner Fernsehturm. The building has for a very long time been Berlin's city hall. Very impressive scale; the tower can even be seen from Pariser Platz. The plaza in front of it is gigantic and allows for good photo opportunities. Lots of stores around mostly catering to tourists but it's also good to just walk around and not buy anything.
