Liebevoll gestaltetes, hoch informatives Kleinod inmitten des touristischen Nikolaiviertels. Das alte Herz Berlins erklärt sich hier auf wunderbar entschleunigte Weise, man wird geradezu durchweht vom damaligen gesellschaftlichen, wissenschaftlichen und politischen Zeitgeist (Biedermeier: Anfang bis Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts). Hinzu kamen bei uns überaus freundliche Begrüßung und kundige Führung, für Freunde aus London auch in perfektem Englisch. Das ausliegende “Salon Journal”wird zu Mitnahme und Lektüre empfohlen! (Dank gilt auch den kulinarischen Tipps am Rande. :))

Das Knoblochhaus ist ein schönes kleines Museum, man einfach mal kurz einschieben kann.
