🇫🇷กลับมาเยือน @bluebyalainducasse อีกครั้งแต่ครั้งนี้พิเศษกว่าครั้งไหนๆ เพราะเป็นช่วงที่ร้านเพิ่งต้อนรับเชฟ @evens_lopez สู่ตำแหน่ง Executive Chef คนใหม่ เชฟชาวเปรูมากฝีมือที่นำมุมมองร่วมสมัยมาเติมสีสันให้กับเมนูของร้าน แต่ก็ยังคงคอนเซปท์ของ Alain Ducasse ไว้อย่างงดงาม ตั้งแต่จานแรกถึงจานสุดท้ายรู้สึกได้ถึงความละเมียดละไมในทุกดีเทลไม่ว่าจะเป็นวัตถุดิบ เทคนิค และแนวคิดเบื้องหลังของแต่ละจาน มื้อนี้ประทับใจสุดๆกับจาน Eggplant Purée และ Rainbow Courgette หรือซูกินีที่มาพร้อมชีส Comté ส่วนขนมปังกับเนยที่นี่ก็ยังคงเป็นตำนานแบบไม่เคยทำให้ผิดหวัง 🥖🧈 และสายของหวานต้องถูกใจแน่นอน เพราะในคอร์สนี้ปิดท้ายด้วยขนมหวานถึง 6 อย่าง !! เรียกว่ามาครบทุก texture และ flavour จริงๆ บรรยากาศในร้านก็ยังคงหรูหราเหนือระดับเหมือนเดิมโดยเฉพาะวิวแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาแบบพาโนรามาช่วงพระอาทิตย์ตก บอกเลยว่าโรแมนติกมาก ใครที่เคยประทับใจ Blue มาก่อน อยากให้กลับมาลองอีกครั้งภายใต้การนำทีมของเชฟ Evens เพราะนี่คือการเดินทางบทใหม่ที่น่าติดตามไม่แพ้ครั้งไหนๆเลยล่ะ 💙💙💙 . ฿6,500++ Menu Découverte . . 📍@bluebyalainducasse - ICONSIAM #orn_bellyjourney #orn_finedine #orn_french #orn_blue #orn_michelinstar
