About

Norviliškės Castle is located 80 kilometers from the capital; it serves as an important tourist attraction and a venue for various celebrations. Art historians attribute the construction to the late Renaissance of the late 16th century.

The history of this place is so complex and tangled: it has been a manor, a barracks, a boarding school, and a fairground - now, everything has changed. A complete reconstruction of the castle, conducted in 2009, and new owners have done their job: tourists have come to know it as a conference hall for business meetings, a venue for wedding ceremonies, and even as a site for a music festival - the area in front of the castle indeed serves as a place where ethno-groups perform.

Do not miss the opportunity to see this unique place with its own character!
