About
The city hall building is located in the center of Vienna and is an astonishingly beautiful architectural structure, designed in the Neo-Gothic style. The city hall was constructed at the end of the 19th century and features three towers, seven courtyards, and 1575 rooms. The ceremonial hall is used for various events that take place all year round: exhibitions, concerts, and balls. Climbing up 256 steps, you will reach the viewing platform at the top of the central tower, which is 105 meters high. From here, you have a breathtaking view of the entire city. Every year, a Christmas market is held in the square in front of the city hall, where a Christmas tree is also set up. Next to the city hall building, there is a park where you can see numerous sculptures, fountains, and flowers growing everywhere.

Absolument magnifique ! La place était malheureusement en travaux mais l’Hôtel de ville vaut le détour !
