I truly enjoyed this place! It seems small when you enter, but there is a large dining area tucked behind curtains that was super lively and spacious. We were a party of 9 and ordered a variety of vegetarian options that included the eggplant bao buns, ramen, sushi, and fries (for the kids). Everything was very tasty, and the service from all the staff was excellent. We hope to be back again soon!

I got the Akamura Modern, which came with tonkotsu broth, thin noodles, chashu, scallions, bamboo shoots, garlic oil, and topped with paste. Everthing tasted great, the broth was rich and thick, the noodles were cooked to the right texture, and the chashu was full of flavor.
