The breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment for me, unfortunately. Though the service was excellent, the food was quite uninspired and what I would describe as "basic" for the most part. It reminded me of an average college cafeteria in terms of quality and blandness. The coffee was also very mediocre. Though there were a few stand-out items that I appreciated (the overnight oats were spot on, the fruit was quite good, and the steamed bao were excellent), everything else was quite meh. Had this been a $35 meal including tax/tip, it'd be five stars through and through. For $55 though, I expect better.

Keep in mind that this restaurant is in a hotel. So the prices are a bit high. However the food was good and the service quick in a nice environment. Recommend the steak salad.
