Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Quel restaurant incroyable ! Notre soirée chez la Kaleja a été bien au-delà de nos attentes, un véritable voyage gustatif autours des goûts de l’enfance et de la memoria. Un immense bravo à Miki et Dani, les chefs géniaux derrière les fourneaux. Leur cuisine est audacieuse, créative et d'une précision rare. Chaque plat était une surprise et une explosion de saveurs, de la première bouchée au dernier dessert. Un travail remarquable. Le service était tout aussi impeccable. Un grand merci à Carlos et Nerea pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs conseils avisés et leur attention discrète et bienveillante tout au long du repas. Ils ont su rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Et pour couronner le tout, une mention spéciale pour Carlos le sommelier. Sa passion est communicative et ses conseils mets-vins étaient parfaitement choisis, sublimant chaque plat et nous faisant découvrir des pépites. Kaleja est bien plus qu'un restaurant, c'est une expérience sensorielle complète. Félicitations à toute l'équipe pour ce travail d'exception. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Malaga !

Con una estrella Michelin, Kaleja ofrece una propuesta basada en la cocina tradicional andaluza con un enfoque contemporáneo. Sus sabores profundos y auténticos, plasmados en platos que rinden homenaje a la cocina de antaño, junto con un servicio excepcional y un ambiente íntimo y acogedor, hacen que la experiencia gastronómica sea única en Málaga. Mi recomendación personal es reservar en la barra (cocina).

Each dish arrives with an explanation of its origins, making the meal not only delicious but also deeply cultural and educational. Go for the Grand Menu, it’s absolutely worth it! A special mention goes to Carlos, who served us with great elegance and guided us through this culinary voyage with warmth and knowledge. His storytelling added an extra layer to the experience, making us feel both welcomed and inspired. Located in the historic Jewish quarter near the Picasso Museum, Kaleja is more than just a restaurant, it’s an intimate escape where history, tradition, and hospitality come together beautifully. The name Kaleja comes from the word “calleja” meaning a small street referring to its location in the narrow lanes of Málaga’s historic center.
