L’esperienza molto positiva, siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla fantasia e dalla bravura dello chef ( e della brigata di cucina). Una cucina che si basa sulla materia prima, semplicità e armonia che si sposano in piatti eccellenti. Il nostro preferito senza dubbio il porro alla carbonara. Degno di menzione il flan, squisito anche esso. Antipasti semplici e ben eseguiti, esaltando la bontà del prodotto del territorio. Menzione anche al personale di sala, attento e competente. Posto assolutamente da visitare per una tappa gourmet a Malaga. Well done 👏

Une pépite gourmande à Malaga ! Rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel ! Nous avons vécu une expérience fantastique à La Cosmo ! Ce restaurant est une véritable bonne surprise, qui allie à la perfection une cuisine inventive et un rapport qualité-prix tout simplement incroyable. Un immense bravo au chef Victor pour sa vision et sa carte aussi créative que savoureuse. Derrière lui, les cuisiniers Jose, Rafa et Valentin forment une brigade de talent qui travaille avec passion et précision. Chaque plat qui sort de la cuisine est une fête pour les papilles, préparé avec des produits frais et une technique impeccable. Le service est aux petits soins, efficace, souriant et très professionnel. Il participe grandement à l'atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale des lieux. Pour une expérience gustative de ce niveau, le tarif est plus que raisonnable. Cela en fait une adresse incontournable, autant pour les habitants que pour les visiteurs de passage à Malaga. Félicitations à toute l'équipe de La Cosmo ! Nous repartons absolument ravis et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir très vite. À ne pas manquer
