This place is genuinely worthy of a Michelin guide recommendation. We tried the tonkatsu and butter corn miso ramen and both were some of the most unique and incredibly well balanced ramens I’ve had including ones I had in Japan. This is up there as a worthy meal to come for if you’re just visiting Lisbon for a few days. 5/5 everything including the service!
