I’m slightly baffled by the low average score, because you can get some great dishes from a Michelin starred chef for far cheaper than in their main restaurant We have the bifhana with hand cut chips. Whilst sounding easy and basic, it’s the little touches that elevate it - great subtle sauce, the salty and garlic hint to the fries. Sometimes, it takes the most basic dish to showcase what a chef can do to add subtle touches.
