We eat at alot of michelin star restaurants and this was a rollercoaster. Started amazingly. Then went down hill very quickly for 3 dishes then redeemed itself towards the end. The staff were great. For 800 euro I would expect more flavours/ meat in the dishes. Trying to hard and failing.

This was my first Michelin star experience and unfortunately it was a bit underwhelming. We ordered the tasting menu (265 euros each not including wine) with 11 tastings. There were a few that were excellent, several dishes that were good but not great, and even a few that turned my stomach. The courses did not flow with each other in terms of flavor or style. The service was good but would have been better with one server attending instead of multiple people coming and going. The restaurant was actually quite warm to the point of being uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
