Dinner at Encanto is a experience. The service is incredible and the food is even better. The menu is entirely vegetarian, but don't let the put you off if you're a passionate meat eater (like me). The intensity and variety of the dishes is so amazing and satisfying that you won't have time to imagine something is missing. (One Michellin star: dinner for two with tip but without drinks ~350 euros.)

Taste, technique and presentation were all on point!!! Highly recommend. Stand-out dishes were the tomato dish, the “taco,” the beet dish, and the cherry soufflé. Yum. Oh and don’t sleep on the cocktails and creative wine pairings.
