I like going to Pérola do Rato. On one side, there’s Lisbon’s first dedicated matcha bar. A few steps down, a specialty coffee shop. And right here, at Pérola, there’s “torrada” and “galão,” a team of lovely waitresses, a pastry selection that punches above its weight, and a lunch menu that often sneaks in a few African-inspired surprises. It's old-school comfort in a city that's always changing. Thankfully, there’s still space in Lisbon for (almost) everything.

Recomendo.
