Nourriture incroyable, chef exceptionnel. La mousse au chocolat est vraiment dingue.

Very small restaurant with owner being the greeter, waiter, chef, bartender and dishwasher. Owner does not speak English but has an English menu available. Simple, inexpensive food and we enjoyed the simple charm of a very small local spot. Owner was a delight.

If you’re looking to experience real, homemade Portuguese food, this little restaurant is a treasure. The menu is small which usually means one thing: everything is freshly prepared. And you can absolutely taste it. Every dish is full of flavor, made with care and love, just like in a traditional Portuguese home kitchen. The place itself is simple but full of charm, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The owner puts his heart into every plate and even though he speaks very little English, his smile says it all. Don’t expect fancy service, but expect food that warms your soul. One thing to keep in mind: it’s cash only. But trust me, it’s worth stopping at an ATM. This is one of those rare places where food, honesty, and heart come together in the most delicious way.
