About

The Literary-Memorial Museum dedicated to Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov was opened in Kyiv in 1989. It is located in the building where the events of his novel "The White Guard" took place. Today, the museum's collection comprises more than 3,000 exhibits. Of these, over 500 items were personal belongings of Mikhail Bulgakov. Bulgakov himself lived in this very house during his time in Ukraine. The rooms have been restored and furnished exactly as they were during the famous writer's lifetime.
