Small Palace in Paris
About
In 1900, Paris hosted the World's Fair. Specifically for this event, two palaces - the Petit Palais and the Grand Palais - were built on the Place Clemenceau. For over a century, the Petit Palais was closed and only in 2005, the city authorities opened it for hosting major exhibitions. The museum's collection is quite extensive and includes works of art created from the Renaissance through the 1920s. In addition to paintings, the palace's halls are adorned with various sculptures, pieces of furniture, and decorations from different periods. All these elements create a harmonious picture and inspire admiration.

One of Paris' free museums / galleries with a collection of paintings, sculptures and ancient Greek / Roman art and objects.

En descendant les champs Elysées a pieds nous avons fait une halte dans cet édifice.nous avons fait la visite gratuite qui est déjà bien garni.

Free entry to museum artworks. Pretty interior courtyard, but lots of renovation going on. Nice inside café with air conditioning 👌
