I had read some mixed reviews about Fierro before booking, with people mentioning the music, the mood, and the concept itself. Still, I decided to go for the full tasting menu – and I’m so glad I did. The experience was absolutely wonderful. Both the dining room and the kitchen worked in perfect harmony, with a unique synchronicity between service and cuisine. Throughout the evening, even the chefs came out to serve and explain some of the dishes, which added a personal and authentic touch. The progression of delicate dishes paired beautifully with a crescendo in the music, making the whole menu feel like a carefully designed journey. The vibe here is very different from many Michelin-starred restaurants. While I also appreciate the luxury-first approach of classic fine dining, Fierro puts conviviality front and center, surrounded by excellent wines and exceptional food. It never feels intimidating to chat with the people at your table, the servers, or even the chefs – the atmosphere is more relaxed and conversational, while still maintaining the highest culinary standards. This is an experience I would recommend to anyone with an open mind for new ways of dining. The cuisine is innovative, but what really sets Fierro apart is how the entire experience goes a step further towards what truly matters: enjoying great food, sharing smiles, and having a memorable time. È stato tutto fantastico, dell'accoglienza al caffè. La brigata in cucina sembra ballare un valzer, i 2 maitre si scambiano alla perfezione tempi e si concedono 2 chiacchere con tutti gli ospiti. Bravissimi

The service was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. The Argentinian/Mediterranean fusion is very interesting. Some of the dishes were playful and creative, others were more straightforward (although not at all boring), but everything was expertly prepared and very delicious. My favorite dishes were probably a pasta dish with mussel(?), the prawn with “risotto,” or the beef crudo. But there were truly no disappointments on the menu. Congratulations to the chefs.
