In the central square of the city of Cesky Krumlov, there stands a building made of red brick - the Czech Wax Museum, which is simply impossible to just walk past. It showcases famous Czech heroes, historical figures, literary figures, and stars of the modern world. For a small entrance fee, you can see Stalin and Brad Pitt, and what's more - take photos with them. The museum has become one of those quaint and smaller attractions that draw the attention of foreign tourists with its coziness and uniqueness. Some of the museum's rooms are dedicated to the country's history: faces and figures completely unrecognizable to visitors, but scenes depicting traditions, historical narratives, or simply the way of life rapidly capture the interest of guests.

Et besøg på Muzeum Voskových Figurín i Český Krumlov var en overraskende fornøjelig oplevelse. Museet byder på en fascinerende samling af voksfigurer, der spænder fra historiske personligheder til berømte skuespillere og sportsstjerner. Figurerne er imponerende detaljerede og overraskende livagtige, hvilket gør det nemt at forestille sig, at man står ansigt til ansigt med de virkelige personer. Jeg var især imponeret over de historiske figurer, som var placeret i flotte scenarier, der gav et godt indblik i en svunden tid. Der var en god variation, så der var noget for enhver smag, uanset om man er til historie, film eller musik.
