The Castle Bridge is deservedly considered a distinct landmark of the city: a multi-level structure built over a dry moat, it connects the inner courtyards of the main ČeskÝ Krumlov castle. The bridge is 40 meters high, its base is broken into arches, and the upper tier is under its own roof - the structure is made of stone, although an earlier wooden construction had a drawbridge mechanism.

Along the main passage, one can get from the castle gallery to the picturesque gardens, another tier allows for a transition from the Masquerade Hall to the Baroque Theater. The decoration of the landmark features statues of saints and decorative elements in Baroque style. From the height of the bridge, there's a mesmerizing view of the town and the castle structure itself, making it a constant meeting place for tourists and locals alike.
