Magic Fountain of Montjuïc in Barcelona
About
The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, located on the hill of the same name near the Palau Nacional, has become a true jewel of the city since its inception. The age of Barcelona's "pearl necklace" is inexorably approaching the century mark, but the beauty of this landmark does not fade or age.
The Montjuïc Fountain fully lives up to its "magic" origin. Every evening, to the melodious tunes of classical music, the water jets begin their dance, taking on the most amazing shapes and figures. This show uses more than fifty colors and shades, which only the most attentive eye can distinguish. Every year, a musical show with fireworks and lasers is held here, marking the end of the famous Catalan festival.
