I asked them, somewhat jokingly, to make my pumpkin spice latte look like the photo. And they did!! Really appreciated the effort

The drinks were okay but the way they treated a customer who needed to use the restroom with a 20+ minutes wait in line was told no until they had a receipt which was a bit unexpected since they couldn't speed up her ability to give them money and simply made her wait

Let's be honest it is Starbucks but if you are in the area and need a breath of fresh air with an abundance of positive attitude, come to this Starbucks and have Donald serve you. Donald served several people constantly engaging each person with polite, direct communication ending it with positive comments in some form of having a great day. Donald's behavior displayed his personal gratitude for the customers that came in. I continued to observe the staff as I ate and enjoyed my drink. Donald continued to shine and his parents & management should be proud. Well done young man.
