Gentleman working the counter tonight was excellent. The young lady working with him on the other hand with the locs…not so much. She watched me come in and didn’t even let the gentleman know I was waiting. She stayed on the phone the entire time me, paying me no mind. I even tried to get her attention and she just straight ignored me. Thankfully the gentleman was very apologetic on her behalf and gave exceptional customer service. Nonetheless, I love this location and will continue to come back to be serviced by the gentleman on duty
