I dine here frequently but my latest visit was a bit disappointing. The food was great, as usual, but the service was really poor. Serving utensils were not brought until we asked for them, and then they took a while, so our food got cold as we waited. We asked for an order of rice that never came. Our waiter kept coming by to ask about whether we thought buying the new iPhone was "worth it" (??) which was fine at first but then soon became unprofessional and slightly bothersome. This is a bit subjective, but the music was a turn-off, too -- a weird mix of 2010s EDM that didn't vibe with the atmosphere.

Scored a reservation the day of and were very happy we did. What we ordered: Apps: - Chikin was fantastic - Mandu was the star of the show. Absolutely delicious. Main: - Palace Ddukbokgi also amazing. Very traditional and hearty. Highly recommend. dessert: - Banoffee Pie for dessert. You could truly taste the black pepper. Drink: - Pineapple tumeric soda: basic. Could only taste the pineapple and not the tumeric. Wouldn't recommend. All-in-all: fantastic place. Would visit again.

had such a fun time at Anju. The energy was lively, the staff were super friendly, and the food was full of bold, comforting Korean flavours with a creative twist. Everything felt casual but still special — perfect for sharing plates, cocktails, and a good night out with friends.
