Akurat trafiliśmy na upał. Po spacerku w Belwederze odpoczęliśmy przy tej wspaniałej fontannie w cieniu drzew. Pomnik jest pozostałością wyzwalania Wiednia i związany z obietnicą mieszkańców miasta, że go nie zburzą w zamian za wycofanie się wyzwolicieli. Obok jest przystanek tramwaju, którym można dojechać do centrum.
