Très beau bâtiment contemporain d'un architecte finlandais , ouvert en 2006. D'immenses espaces pour présenter des oeuvres d'art estoniens. La collection n'est pas exceptionnelle mais ça vaut le coup de le faire, surtout si vous avez acheté la Tallinn card, ce que je vous conseille car elle est très vite amortie. 63€ . Vous la téléchargez dès votre arrivée et vous avez tous lieux culturels et les transports publics gratuits. A faire.
